Recipe debugger.

It would be nice if there was a way to turn on debugging for a recipe, such that before each command is run on the remote server, you're presented with the proposed command line and given the option to continue, skip, or abort the entire capistrano run.
This would help tremendously with debugging since you could pause the execution of a recipe and login to the remote systems to see their exact state.
